Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations.
Because products are customized to your order, all custom-product sales are final, except as required by law or as follows:
- Our error or manufacturing defect. Contact us at support@propriania.com (mailto:support@propriania.com) within [14] days of delivery with product. We may repair, replace, or refund at our option.
- Damage in transit. Report it promptly with photos and carrier information.
- Change of mind, dislike of your own design, or file-quality issues you caused are not grounds for a return.
If you cancel before production begins, we may refund the product price minus any non-refundable fees. Once production has started, cancellation may be unavailable or subject to a restocking/production charge. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
