Propiania.com operates an online store that sells custom and personalized gifts. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Propiania.com.

We generally keep order, account, and custom-design files for up to 2 years, or for a shorter time if you ask us to delete them and we are not required to keep them.
We may keep some records longer when needed for taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@propriania.com and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights (United States)
Depending on where you live, especially in states such as California, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we have about you
- ask for a copy of that information
- ask us to correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete your information
- opt out of targeted advertising
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising tools may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under state law. You can request that we stop that use.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No website or payment system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please protect your account password and only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
Custom photos and text
Anything you upload or send for a personalized gift is used to fulfill that order. Do not send sensitive personal data in custom text unless it is necessary for the product.

Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before you give them information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
